Change

Came across this wonderful quote in a book by Peter senge - "People do not resist change, they resist being changed". And thats where a leader steps in - he/she has the vision to know what change needs to happen and then creates an atmosphere where people change of their own volition. Sound simple - and it is - for a natural leader!
